Good News: Atoman Nanometre-Level Ultra-Precision Spindle Accepted

Recently, the Ultra-Precision Aerostatic Spindle Project taken by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. (the “Atoman”) and assigned by Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Science is successfully accepted.

Home-Made Nanometre-Level Spindle
The Ultra-Precision Aerostatic Spindle designed by Atoman is technically appraised by National Institute of Metrology, China to possess independent intellectual property. 
The structure of the spindle is proper, and features high rotating accuracy, high adaptability, almost frictionless, noiseless and maintenance-free aside from ultra-precision. 
Outstanding capability of speed control enables the spindle to have good dynamic performance.
 
Acceptance of Highest Authority in China
Acceptance of the spindle was conducted by a third-party appraisal agency with high authority, National Institute of Metrology, China. Appraisal was conducted according to the Military Standard GJB1801-93, and the appraisal report was also prepared. The appraisal result is recognized and appreciated by the customer.

Completely Independent Innovative Research
Atoman has great capability of technology development and rich manufacturing experience in ultra-precision aerostatic spindles. The unit is another successful trial of our ultra-precision aerostatic spindle in processing techniques, electric control techniques and reliability techniques. The testing results of the ultra-precision aerostatic spindle meet all designing requirements, and the rotating accuracy of the spindle is higher than the requirement and expectance of the customer.
