GCK-10B High-Precision CNC Drum Lathe is a special purpose lathe developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially to perform high-precision processing for drum surfaces. 
Features
The lathe adopts patented aerostatic spindle, with rotation accuracy of spindle ≤ 0.5μm, rotation accuracy of the shaft of tailstock ≤ 0.5μm, maximum rotating speed of spindle reaches 6000rpm. Cutting cooling adopts spray cooling method, and can minimize thermal damage and improve the quality of workpiece surfaces. The lathe adopts automatic loading mechanism to alleviate intensity of labor and improve efficiency of processing. The end of spindle can be installed with sharp-point clamp or pneumatic clamp so as to adapt to the clamping of parts with various specifications. 
Configurations
● Both the spindle and tailstock shaft adopt aerostatic spindle.
● The rotation of each servo axis adopts high-precision ballscrew.
● The left headstock if fixed, the end of shaft is installed with sharp-point, the end of tailstock moves along the Z axis to adapt to processing of parts of various specifications. Both X axis and Z axis adopt imported high-precision linear motion guiderails.
● The cutting tool rest is equipped with three-dimensional vernier device, so the replacement and adjustment of tool is swift and convenient. 
● Cutting cooling adopts spray cooling method.
● FUNAC CNC system is adopted for the control.
