SKC-20C High-Precision Drum Based CNC Lathe is a special lathe independently developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. for the high-precision cylindrical machining for OPC drum based parts of various specifications.
 
Features
With high processing accuracy, high efficiency, easy to operate and reliability, the lathe can complete high-precision machining of OPC drum based tube by combining with automatic chamfering machine.
 
Configurations
● Synchronically drive of double principal spindles
● The principal spindle adopts aerostatic spindle, with rotating speed reaching a maximum of 6000r/min.
● The left headstock if fixed, the right headstock moves along the Z axis to adapt to processing of parts of various specifications. Both X axis and Z axis adopt imported paste to mould guiderails with good damping shock and smooth motion.
● Equipped with automatic loading mechanism.
● Each servo axis adopts high-precision ballscrew.
● The cutting tool rest is equipped with three-dimensional vernier device, so the replacement and adjustment of tool is swift and convenient.
● The end of spindle is installed with special clamps. Clamps can be replaced rapidly to match parts with different specifications. Power of clamps is compressed air.
● Cutting cooling adopts spray cooling method.
● Guiderail lubrication adopts automatic intermittent pump.
● The lathe is equipped with chip collecting device with large volume.
● FANUC system is adopted for the control。

1、Processing parts: OPC thin wall aluminum tube (wall thickness 0.6~1mm)
2、Scope of processing parts: external diameter Ф20、24、30mm; Length: 240~400mm
3、Processing time:Ф24mm×246mm(pitch: 0.4mm) aluminum tubes, processing time ≤25"/ item
4、Quality of appearance: No inconsistency in OPC thin wall aluminum tubes processed caused by the equipment.
5、Roundness of processing parts:                                                     ≤0.01mm
6、Cylindricity of processing parts:                                                      ≤0.02mm
7、Roughness of processing part surfaces:                                     Ry0.3μm--Ry1.2μm
 
Operation Environment Requirements
1、Instrument operation temperature 20±2℃. Temperature gradient within 1 day lower than 2℃. Humidity ≤ 65%.
2、Air filter accuracy: 0.5μm. Oil free. Water free.
3、Atmosphere pressure ≥ 0.6Mpa.
4、Airflow ≥ 0.3m³/min.
5、Voltage: 380V. Power of instrument: ≤6KW.

Application area

Used in processing of OPC drum surfaces to be used in printers. OPC drum base is the core part in laser printing and digital copying.
