UPXM-320A Ultra-Precision CNC Cylindrical Milling Mill is a special instrument independently developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially for precise processing of the copper layer of the high-end roller for gravure engraving industry by our company. This equipment is developed based on the conclusion of similar foreign products and combined with the special patent techniques of our company. Its processing efficiency is superior to similar imported equipments and has stable performance and exquisite appearance.
 
Features
● High processing accuracy. The equipment ensures roughness of surfaces of copper plated gravure cylinders of lower than 10nm. Deviation of size of gravure cylinders is lower than 0.01mm。
● Wide range of processing. The equipment is capable of processing copper layer of seamless steel tubes and wrapped plates, with range of diameter of processing parts 110-320mm, range of length: hollow plates 400-1500mm; plates with shafts 300-1500mm。
● High processing efficiency. The equipment can complete processing of 2-3 gravure cylinders with of diameter of 110-320mm and length of 300-1500mm.
● Solve the problem of inconsistent ends of copper layer of gravure cylinders. The online measuring system equipped by the Company can measure diameter of both ends of gravure cylinders accurately and mill redundant copper to ensure cylindricity of gravure cylinder within 0.01mm.
Configurations
● Natural granite pedestal to ensure high stability of the lathe.
● Aerostatic spindle. The lathe adopts aerostatic spindle , which has high rotating accuracy. The spindle has high rotating speed (3600r/min) and high rotating accuracy (0.2μm).
● Contactless pneumatic online measuring device. The lathe adopts contactless pneumatic online measuring device to achieve contactless measurement of the surface processed without damaging the gravure cylinder. 
● Sucking device. The chip sucking device is a patented technique of our company. Chip clearance rate reaches 99%. Chips are collected, thus is environment friendly and easy to operate.
● Electric control. The electric control of this lathe adopts imported B&R CNC system, which has high control precision and good stability. Through the user-friendly designed controlling method with large size touch screen, human-computer interface becomes very friendly.

Application area

Used in processing of the copper plated gravure cylinders to make surfaces of gravure cylinders smooth and concentrate. Majorly used in gravure engraving industry.
