CGK-25 Ultra-Precision CNC Optical Centering Lathe is a special purpose lathe developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. to perform CNC measurement of deviation between the optical axis of lenses and the geometrical axis of frames, and processing and adjustment. 
 
Features
    The lathe tackled key technology of optical lens assembly and precision assembly, and is capable of series of tasks such as optical lens and tube processing, examination, adjustment and measurement. The processing diameter ranges from 20mm to 200mm, greatly enhancing the accuracy of optical lenses and lens sets, improving the installation accuracy and imaging quality of optical camera parts and solving the technical problems with high-end optical imaging camera part processing in China.
 
Configurations
● The lathe adopts vertical design to avoid bending caused by gravity. Identical direction with lens measurement also avoids unnecessary errors.
● The spindle adopts large diameter hollow aerostatic spindle, and has high stiffness and ultra rotating accuracy, enabling bordering for larger lenses compared to horizontal installation.
● The lathe adopts vertical design, enabling easier lens alignment and less space occupying.
