SDGT-320D High-Precision Double-Axle CNC Lathe is a special instrument independently developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially for processing of taper holes and terminal surfaces of both ends of gravure cylinders simultaneously from both ends. The instrument is developed in accordance with requirement of concentricity of gravure cylinders in the gravure engraving and electric roller industries. It is unique and first in the world. Double-axle boring mill is of high concentricity, high efficiency, easy operation and reliability.
 
Features
● High processing accuracy. The dual principal spindle is a mechanical axis with facing head (servo boring head), which is patented technology, enabling synchronous drive. It is capable of high-precision processing of taper holes and terminal surfaces of both ends of gravure cylinders simultaneously from both ends, ensuring boring roundness of processing parts lower than 0.01mm, concentricity of processing parts lower than 0.02mm, concentricity of taper holes and excircles lower than 0.05mm.
● Wide range of gravure cylinders to clamp. Range of diameter of gravure cylinders clamped of standard models is 110-320mm, range of length of gravure cylinders clamped is 590-1600mm, minimum length of gravure cylinders without shield reaches 480mm, processing scope of knives is Ф70-110mm。
● Powerful and efficient. Processing of one gravure cylinder with of diameter of 110-320mm and length of 590-1600mm takes only 3-5 minutes, 10,000 gravure cylinders can be processed per month.
● Easy and convenient to operate. Clamping tool centers automatically in one clamp. No repeated clamping is required. The principal spindle positions automatically, the CNC interface is graphical and capable of single button operation, thus simple to operate, and reduce technical requirement for operating staff. Staff can master operation with simple training. Labor strength is also greatly alleviated.
● Aside from taper holes and terminal ends, it is capable of processing inner and outer chamfers of tapers. Staff won’t harm his hand due to absence of chamfers.

● Automatic centering device of gravure cylinder calmping (servo clamping mode adopted)
● Guiderail lubrication adopts lubrication oil injection.
● Digital control system adopts Mitsubishi E70 system.
